Our research team will work closely with your organisation to review your plan for addressing digital disruption, identify areas for potential improvement, and develop strategies for enhancing employee and organisational resilience.
We seek to:
- Understand the current readiness and attitudes of employees towards digital disruption
- Identify opportunities for increasing digital acceptance and capabilities of employees
- Co-develop strategies for strengthening existing plans to address digital disruption
- Highlight potential tasks within jobs that might be disrupted by technology

We estimate that the collaboration period will span six months, following an initial consultation and scoping process. We will then share our research findings as follows:
- Interim sharing of organisational survey findings at the mid-point of collaboration
- Final sharing of research findings from the organisational survey, observations and interviews with insights
- Customised recommendations for your organisation
